Money might not buy happiness, but if handled properly it sure can make for a kickass study abroad. Good Enough Dining The food here is fresh and exciting and there can be a new establishment to munch at every single day, even when you are here for four months. The good news is that you can still cook for yourself at home using cheap ingredients. At least one of the main grocery chains will be within a three-block radius at all times for reasonably priced products. A one-time purchase can result in a week of home-cooked entreés. *Side tip: it is very common for restaurants in London to have student discounts, up to 25% off or a free side* If staying in London for a shorter amount of time such as three weeks or less, dining out every meal to experience local grub is often desired. Don’t worry there are less expensive ways to go about this, such as tons of local street markets. Most vendors cook completely different cuisines from different cultures. There are a variety for almost every set of taste buds at each market. It’s supporting small businesses and a cheaper, more delicious option.
